The Maine Nordiques are proud to announce that D Man Alex Park has committed to continue his hockey career and education at Ontario Tech!
Alex Was acquired at the trade deadline and instantly brought his intensity to the Nordiques blue line. During his 18 games played in the regular season with the Nordiques he was able to rack up 4 assist, and his shining moment came in Game two of the East Division semi-finals where he rifled home a shot 4-4 and propelled the Nordiques to a victory
When asked about Alex Park, Nordiques Head Coach and GM Nick Skerlick stated: “Alex was truthfully a major upgrade for the D core in Lewiston last season. He was a kid we (The Staff) kept repeating that “we wish we had him from the start.” His views on team success over individual accolade was top notch. A short time with us physically but we will remember Alex’s time as a Nordique for a long time.”
