The Maine Nordiques left Lewiston Maine remembering what their city means to them and embracing their community and put them on their backs to Philadelphia
The First period started with 3 straight Rebels goals which would signal a goaltending change for the Nordiques and Carter Richardson took over the goaltending duties for the rest of the night. The Nordiques would quickly respond as Nils Forselius would find the back of the net to make it 3-1 after the first. The Nordiques were motivated following the goal and came out with 2 goals in the second including one from Laurent Trepanier and Nick Ramm just 26 seconds apart. For Nick Ramm, it was his first of the season and a gritty goal he was able to win the puck on from a stick lift.
The 3rd period started with a quick goal from Nils Forselius to give his team the Lead. The Nordiques would hang on and Nick Romeo would find the empty net to seal the deal for the 5-3 victory.
Next on the Nordiques schedule is Thursday at The Colisee in their first game back in Lewiston since the events
