Saturday, the boys found themselves down 2-0 early due to quick back-to-back goals from the Rebels, they tried to come back as Stefan Owens made it 2-1 after the 1st. Jamestown responded with another pair of back-to-back goals to give them the 4-1 advantage. Cannon Green scored with seconds remaining in the 2nd to cut the lead to 4-2. Defenseman Luke Antonacci, getting the call up from the MNDP, got his first-ever point in the NAHL, by assisting on the goal. The third period started off with a Rebels goal midway through the frame. L/A Nordiques

The L/A Nordiques played a 3 game weekend series, all in Maine. Facing off against the 1st place Elmira Jr. Soaring Eagles, they wasted no time opening the scoring as Trent Seager scored his first goal of the season less than 2 minutes into the contest. Sam Frechette, had to play defense in that game, he played a text-book blue line and picked up an assist as well. After the first period, it was all Joe Clark, picking up 3 goals, including an empty netter to seal the deal and pick up a hat trick. 4-0 was the final with Nick Beck picking up the shutout between the pipes.

On Saturday, the boys used their momentum from Friday to carry them to the 8-0 victory over the Elmira Jr. Soaring Eagles. They swept them in their 2 game-home stint. Joe Clark continued to tear it up as he had 4 points and Jason St. Pierre had the shutout in net.

Squaring off against the Maine Wild in Biddeford on Sunday, the L/A Nords scored 3 in the first, and never looked back as Joe Clark continued to tear it up. He had another 3 point night with 2 goals and the young defenseman Nick Pomerleau picked up his first-ever goal in the NA3HL, finding the back of the net late in the 1st. The Nordiques shutout the weekend 5-0 – Nick Beck with his second shutout this weekend. The MNDP attended the CCM world invite in Chicago. In game 1 they were met with a tough battle, however, they got on the man advantage and capitalized giving them a power-play goal, and the 2-1 win. In game 2 they built a 2nd-period lead, and never looked back. They played with the lead to a T and picked up another 2-1 win.

On Saturday, the boys had an offensive explosion as they were able to win 4-0 in their first game of the day. In game 2, they found themselves coming up just short in a 1-0 loss. Unfortunately, that would be the end of their weekend, as they were in a 3-way tie for first and it came down to goal differential to see who advanced.
