Maine Nordiques

Maine Nordiques fell this weekend their 2 game series against divisional leaders, the New Jersey Titans. Titans took Friday’s game 6-1, and Saturday’s 5-2. In a very hard fought second game, Demers and Owens were the scorers in that one, Avery Sturtz in his first game back stopped 18/22 in the loss, however they battled all the way but 2 goals in the 3rd period was enough to give the Titans the victory.

L/A Nords pick up the hard fought 6-2 win over the Knights, they used 6 straight goals to propel themselves to the win. Physicality after the whistles as well, but in the end the L/A Nordiques are now in a 3 way tie with the Stars and Generals at 20 points. The Nords however still have a game in hand.
