The Maine Nordiques of the North American Hockey League are excited to announce that goaltender Quentin Sigurdson has signed an NAHL tender for the 2022-2023 season.
Quentin Sigurdson is a 2003 birth year goaltender who put up impressive numbers in the NA3HL for the west division champion and NA3HL powerhouse, Granite City Lumberjacks. In 19 games played Quentin backstopped his team to a 18-1 record with a 1.48 goals against average and a .925% save percentage. That was good for second in goals against average, seventh in wins and thirteenth overall in save percentage to go along with his five shutouts. Sigurdson, also took home some hardware after his season ended in the Fraser Cup final to the champion Rochester Grizzlies. Quentin was named to the West Division All First Team and was awarded West Division Rookie of the Year.
