Maine Nordiques Development Program

The MNDP are off to Attleboro, MA this up coming weekend where we will face off against the Springfield Rifles U18 in quarter final play.

The U18 Nord’s finished tied for first in points with the NJ Avalanche in the Beast Regular season standings and are proud to be able and secure “home ice status” for round one of the playoffs. The format is a win and advance setting, and with Nordiques nation pulling for us, we hope to continue on to a Sunday morning semi final match up with the winner of the Selects Academy vs Mount game. We are on our mission to 3W (3 wins) to complete the first phase of our season.

We thank you for all the support! It was extremely special and humbling to receive a handful of calls these past few days from former players, (current and retired NHL’er’s) wishing our group the best on our 3W mission.

Even more surreal was reliving those memories to championships that we were fortunate enough to shared together when they where this exact same age years ago. Their messages all shared a common theme. “It isn’t easy, but boys it is 100% worth it” It was very much appreciate gentleman! You were first class human beings then and continue to show the same outstanding qualities now. It is no surprise that you earned your way to the National league!

It is this that separates us from almost all other programs, and a statement that holds true to our heart, and always will, within our program.

“Once a player of ours, always family of ours!”  |   “Until the end” “We defend”   |   See you in the rinks!
