TPA Sports is a high performance training facility located in Toronto, Ontario focusing on the development of youth and elite level athletes.

Located inside of Canada’s premiere Canlan Ice Sports, York University, are two specialized training centers designed for individual and team training. TPA provides advanced training services to players ranging from minor hockey to the professional ranks. Our philosophy is based on a 360-degree approach to player development that integrates strength and conditioning, recovery strategies, nutrition, and mental skill preparation, allowing the athlete to maximize their potential.
In addition to their Toronto training services, TPA is also the official Strength & Conditioning coach to Brampton Beast of the ECHL – affiliate team to the, Montreal Canadiens (NHL)

BE A PRO HOCKEY is a new and innovative training program designed to develop you as a player and grow as a person.

At BE A PRO HOCKEY, our objective is getting to know the person before we get to know the player. This includes personal attention, communication, and role identification. The result will be a more efficient player and one that meets the personal and professional expectations of any team. Our resources and player development services will consist of game-specific skills, player evaluation, leadership development, goal setting, strength and conditioning, nutritional plans, food preparation along with time management. BE A PRO HOCKEY will provide detailed oriented and sport specific training to develop individual skills for team concepts. Lastly, BE A PRO HOCKEY will provide leadership and direction in the planning of your hockey career.

Know Howe Hockey camps provide training for the youth hockey player looking to bring his or her game to the next level using a variety of training methods from a world class coaching staff.

The on-ice sessions use a variety of drills and games that challenge each player to improve their skills which include specific passing, shooting, and skating instructions while teaching hockey concepts that translate to players of all ages and abilities.

Our off-ice protocols include a progressive training method to further reinforce and compliment the skills they learn on the ice, while our classrooms provide them with a strong foundation of character development and hockey IQ teaching.

PucDevelopment is a hockey specific training facility, located in the Androscoggin Bank Colisée, that offers private off-ice training and synthetic ice training.

Owner and trainer Cameron Robichaud is certified by Mike Boyle as a Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Working with players at the youth, midget, high school, prep school, junior and college levels, Coach Robichaud’s goal is to help each player reach their full athletic potential.
